MY MISSION
My mission is to inspire and motivate others to live the lives they love and deserve. I am the proud owner/manager of a Life Coach Training Institute and a professional communicator.
I am currently a trainer, writer, editor, content creator, podcaster and course administrator.
I have more than 40 years of work experience—both corporate and entrepreneurial in nature.
During corporate employment I gained exposure in a wide range of fields, including civil engineering and construction, sales, marketing, programme management, IT, communications and engagement, and internal communications.
In 2007, I opted for self employment and established New Insights Africa, specialising in Life Coach Training. Today I also own and manage New Insights UK.
My passion lies in inspiring others through my writing, podcasting, content creation (various ebooks and course material) and providing guidance and mentoring to coaches and trainee coaches.
What I do
My purpose is to inspire and motivate others and I seek to do this through training people to become professional life coaches, writing, editing, content creation, podcasting and voiceover work.

I own and manage New Insights, a company that specialises in training people with a passion for people to become Certified Life Coaches.

I write bi-weekly blog posts for New Insights On Life, I am a self-published book author. I create content for personal development courses, various ebooks and a range of websites.
Podcaster and Voiceover work
I created the New Insights On Life podcast for lovers of personal development. I make audio recordings from transcripts and do occasional voiceover work.

I own and manage an international life coach training institute and am involved in content creation for marketing (ebooks emails, videos), course creation (printed and online modules, audios and videos) and general administration. I write fortnightly articles for the New Insights On Life Blog (~400 to date) and record most of these as podcasts.

I had responsibility for managing internal communications for the BP group, including design, development and implementation of a global communications planning tool. Prior to that, I managed the communications and staff engagement activities for BP's Refining & Marketing Digital Business operations

I managed a global programme team responsible for the US based trials of a new web-based forecourt management system for BP's international retail network.

I held various roles including sales manager, marketing manager, business information manager and programme manager of a team tasked with bringing a revolutionary automated refuelling system to market countrywide.

Civil Engineer
I worked as an engineer in various construction projects, leading up to my appointment as prestressing engineer for the prestige South Coast viaduct contract where we utilised the incremental launch bridge building technology, considered revolutionary in the country at the time.
